Where to Stay

Glacier Park and the Flathead Valley are busy places in the summer, so booking early is definitely a good idea.  Here are links to a few options for reserving a place to stay:

If you haven't been, Columbia Falls is an absolutely beautiful place to be in the summer and the scenery in Glacier National Park is breathtaking. There are lots of fun events being planned and there will be a few new additions to the family tree  :-)

Glacier Inn Motel

With a recent trip to Columbia Falls, Marilyn (Andrew) Collins was able to reserve some rooms at the Glacier Inn Motel for next summer.

The Glacier Inn is within walking distance of Marion's house and many Heritage Days events as well as next door to the city park.

The rooms will be available through May 1, 2012 and are reserved under Marilyn Collins.

Air Idea

I recently learned of this airline from a friend and if they happen to operate out of an airport near you, their prices are quite reasonable.  They do fly into Kalispell (as well as Billings, Bozeman, Great Falls and Missoula).

For those of you who may be traveling with an animal, there is a La Quinta Inn located in Kalispell.  They're a pet friendly hotel and we've had good luck with them.
